ICCBS University of Karachi Tender for Purchase of Scientific Equipment

The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), comprising the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry and Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicines & Drug Research, University of Karachi, Karachi-75270, invites sealed tenders for the purchase of scientific equipment under Tender Notice No. ICCBS-HEJ-PRF-18675-241126.

EPADS vendors and suppliers registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the income tax department, where applicable, may participate through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Procurement will be on an FOR basis using the single-stage, one-envelope procedure.

Bidding documents may be obtained or downloaded from EPADS at www.portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk or the ICCBS website at www.iccs.edu. Signed and stamped bidding documents, along with earnest money, must be submitted through EPADS according to the schedule. The original bid security pay order must reach the ICCBS Purchase Department before the bid submission deadline.

The non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 must be deposited in United Bank Limited account number 1146-291497301, titled International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences Tender Account. The original deposit slip or online deposit receipt must accompany the bid.

Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value must be submitted as a pay order in favour of the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences Tender Account at the ICCBS Purchase Office. Each alternate bid or option must be accompanied by a separate earnest-money pay order.

The procuring agency may reject any or all bids subject to the relevant provision of SPP Rule No. 25.
