LUAWMS Tender for Refurbishment of Awaran Sub Campus Interim Setup

The Directorate of Project and Works, Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal, District Lasbela, Balochistan, invites electronic bids through the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for refurbishment of the interim setup at its Awaran Sub Campus. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218213.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://bppra.gob.pk/ from the date of publication. The bid submission deadline is 18 November 2026 at 11:30 am, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm. Tender terms, conditions and bidder eligibility criteria are available on the website and must be followed.

All bids must be submitted electronically through EPPS on the BPPRA website. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and accept the conditions in the bidding documents.

Contractors with valid, up-to-date Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above are eligible to participate.

Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, issued in favour of the “Director Project and Works”.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules (BPPRA), 2014, using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
