GC University Hyderabad Tender for Student Transport and 40 kW Hybrid Solar System

Government College University Hyderabad invites tenders through the EPADS e-tendering system from eligible, registered firms and companies registered with SRB and FBR and holding active status. Procurement will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules, 2010, as amended. Notice reference: DPO/GCUH/2026-27/10, dated 2 November 2026.

Tender documents may be obtained through EPADS or from the office of the undersigned against a written request on company letterhead, accompanied by a copy of the proprietor’s or authorized nominee’s CNIC. Documents will be available on working days from 6 November to 20 November 2026, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The non-refundable tender fee must be paid through a pay order or demand draft in favour of Director Finance, GC University Hyderabad. All bids must be submitted and uploaded through EPADS before the applicable closing date and time.

Participating contractors must upload a scanned copy of bid security equal to 2% of the bidding cost in favour of Director Finance, GC University Hyderabad, before the tender closing time. The original CDR must also be physically submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before the bid opening time; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.

False information or forged documents, including a forged CDR, will result in immediate disqualification and blacklisting from current and future tendering at GC University Hyderabad. Such cases may also be reported to SPPRA and other investigation agencies for further action.

Applications submitted by courier, postal service or email will not be accepted. If an unforeseen situation closes the office on the opening date, or the government declares a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Conditional tenders and tenders unaccompanied by earnest money will not be considered.

The complete technical and financial proposal must be signed, named and stamped by an authorized person of the firm or company and accompanied by an authorization letter, which is mandatory. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the SPPRA Rules, 2010, as amended, and may cancel the bidding process at any time before acceptance of a bid or proposal under Rule 25.
