DUHS Karachi Tender for HPC, Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Solutions

Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi, invites electronic bids for the procurement of High-Performance Computing (HPC), network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, including servers, storage, switches, firewalls, security software, licenses, and allied items and services. Tender reference DUHS/DP/2026/358 is dated 2 November 2026.

Bidding is open to eligible bidders appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB, whichever applies. Procurement will be on a C&F and/or DDP basis, excluding GST, under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure prescribed by SPP Rule 46(2).

Interested bidders must register on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only by 24 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on 24 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

The original instrument for the non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 and bid security of at least 2% of the estimated tender value for each lot/package must reach the procuring agency before bid opening. Submit these instruments to the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences, Ojha Campus, SUPARCO Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavourable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
