Tender Notice 25/2026 for Building False Ceiling Works Near Karachi

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted and security-cleared civil works contractors for the following work under Tender Notice No. 25/2026.

The project completion period is six months. Tender documents may be obtained from the Manager (CMD) office in Islamabad, Monday to Friday, during working hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, against a fee of Rs. 5,000. Issuance of tender documents will close one day before the bid opening date.

A fixed bid security of Rs. 1.4 million must accompany the financial bid in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, in accordance with the tender documents. A bank guarantee must remain valid for at least six months from the bid opening date and must be in favour of “Director Finance Works”; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the tender, with the work name clearly marked on the envelope.

Bidders must submit two copies of the bill of quantities (BOQ): one original and one photocopy. Both copies must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the work name clearly marked on the envelope. Rates must be entered in figures and words in separate columns. If these differ, the rate quoted in words will prevail.

The competent authority may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. Tenders will neither be issued nor accepted by post, courier or telegraphic means. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to request an analysis of quoted rates to assess their reasonableness and workability. Incomplete proposals or bids may not be entertained and will be treated as non-responsive.
