The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals from eligible firms to hire an independent transaction advisor for the legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave concerning the amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave.
Interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit RFPs through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ by 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM (proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM). A bid security (Pay Order, Call at Deposit or Demand Draft) is required; manual submissions will not be accepted. E-bidding documents and registration instructions are available on EPADS.
