Municipal Committee Khanewal Tender for Artwork, Painting and Lane Marking

Municipal Committee Khanewal invites electronic bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers for artwork, painting, lane marking and stencil work. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system, with FBR and PRA through NTN and PNTN, and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.

Complete and authenticated bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with PPRA instructions. Physical bid-security instruments will not be accepted.

The single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure will apply. Submission of an encrypted electronic file will constitute submission in an envelope under the rules. Any electronic bid, proposal or accompanying record found to be corrupt, inaccessible or infected with a virus will be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time before accepting a bid or proposal under Rule 35 of the Punjab PP Rules 2014. If the submission deadline falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be the deadline.

Under Rule 56 of the PPRA Rules 2014, the lowest evaluated bidder must submit a performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the letter of intent. It must be in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Khanewal, and submitted through the e-procurement system in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. Other forms of performance guarantee will not be accepted. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.

Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the final date and time. Submission through the Punjab e-procurement system is entirely the bidder's responsibility, and Municipal Committee Khanewal will not be responsible for submission-related issues.
