The complaint concerns an alleged offence punishable under Section 2(37) and violations of Sections 7, 8(1)(a), 8(1)(ca), 8(1)(caa), 8(1)(d), 8A, 21(3), 73, 33(11) and 33(13) of the Sales Tax Act, 1990.
