Karachi Anti-Corruption Court Proclamation for Appearance of Mst. Naheed Rozina

The Court of the Special Judge Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Karachi, has issued a proclamation under Section 87 of the Code of Criminal Procedure requiring the appearance of accused Mst. Naheed Rozina, daughter of Noor Muhammad, resident of Ratha Gabol Goth (Chuta Gabol Goth), KDA Scheme-33, Karachi.

The proceedings concern Special Case No. 22/2026, The State versus Aijaz Hussain Baloch and others, arising from NAB Reference No. 12/2009, under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code, read with Sections 5(2) and 5-C of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947.

The court records that the warrant was returned unserved because the accused could not be found, and that the court is satisfied she is not traceable or is concealing herself to avoid service of the warrant.

Mst. Naheed Rozina is required to appear before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court (Provincial), Karachi, on 1 December 2026 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the complaint.
