PCSIR Tender for Supply of Mechanical Consumables for Fermenters and Biochemicals Project

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, invites electronic bids for the supply of mechanical consumables under the PSDP project “Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts”. Tender enquiry number: ICCC/ELEC-MECH/DCCFPBB/2026/002; project reference: P181041.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Eligible bidders include reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department who are active taxpayers.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened through the same system that day at 1:30 PM. Manual bids will not be entertained.

The earnest money for each lot must be deposited as a bank draft or call deposit issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Project Director. Delivery will be to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore (LLC), on an F.O.R. basis.

PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals, or change the scope of work, in accordance with PPRA Rules.

Under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement. The notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.org.pk.
