Bank Alfalah Interim Cash Dividend 2026: CNIC and IBAN Submission Notice

Bank Alfalah Limited has announced an interim cash dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, equivalent to 30%, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the dividend at its meeting held on October 22, 2026.

The bank’s share transfer books remained closed from November 5 to November 6, 2026, both days inclusive. Shareholders whose names appeared in the register of members at the close of business on November 4, 2026, are entitled to this dividend.

Under Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, cash dividends must be paid electronically into shareholders’ designated bank accounts. Shareholders must furnish their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number and bank account particulars, including the bank name, branch name and address, account title and 24-digit International Bank Account Number (IBAN), to enable the company to transfer the dividend.

The bank is required to withhold dividend payments for shareholders who have not furnished the required particulars. Shareholders should submit their CNIC details and electronic dividend payment instructions so that payment can be made electronically within 15 days of receipt of the required information.
