The defendant is summoned to appear before the court on 3 December 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at Block No. 48-C, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi, and to apply for leave to defend the suit within thirty (30) days of service of the summons.
In case of default, after expiry of the thirty-day period, the plaintiff will be entitled to obtain a decree with costs and such markup or interest as the court may order.
