The plaintiff has instituted a suit for recovery of Rs. 2,453,410.40, along with cost of funds, under Section 9 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, No. XLVI of 2001.
The defendant is summoned to appear before the court on 3 December 2026 at 8:30 a.m. and must apply for leave to defend the suit within thirty (30) days of service of the summons.
