PAA Tender for Janitorial and Cleaning Services at Faisalabad International Airport

The Procurement Cell–FIAP, Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible registered bidders for a Service Level Agreement for Janitorial and Cleaning Services at Faisalabad International Airport. The procurement reference is P187572. Funds have been reserved for the procurement planned for FY 2026–27 to cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, adopting the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and regulations and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must include bid security in accordance with the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents. Acceptable forms are a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format.

Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
