MCI EOI: Digital LED Branding on Islamabad Expressway & Srinagar Highway (10 Locations)

The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) invites Expressions of Interest from national and multinational companies, public sector enterprises, financial institutions, telecom operators, automobile and FMCG companies, technology firms and real estate developers for installation, operation and maintenance of Digital LED branding screens on 10 pedestrian bridges (8 on Islamabad Expressway, 2 on Srinagar Highway) under a three-year MoU. Maximum allocation is three screens per company; selected partners may use 50–70% of routine display time for their own branding while remaining time is reserved for MCI and other government agencies. Third-party advertising, leasing or sublicensing is not permitted; the selected company will bear all installation, operation and maintenance costs.

Submit EOIs in hard copy before 16 July 2026. Technical presentations by eligible companies will be held on 17 July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Eligibility requires valid registration, sound financial standing and demonstrated technical capability.
