Formulate and execute robust sales strategies for sustainable business growth and market expansion; forecast sales trends and analyze performance data to mitigate risks; lead, mentor and monitor outbound team to meet KPIs and service quality standards; oversee daily outbound activities, ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations to avoid penalties; design incentive structures to reward high-performing staff. |
| Qualification | Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university |
| Experience | Minimum 9 to 12 years of overall experience. Preference to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience. |
