Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control (IT) | The Bank of Punjab – Lahore (Apply by 2026-06-12)

- Manage timely validation and processing of all financial and non-financial customer requests.

- Manage the CBC for BANCA insurance.

- Ensure productivity of team members according to defined parameters in PSM.

- Manage CCTV camera access in order to view and retrieve recordings.

- Communicate bank policies, processes, product initiatives and promotions to team members and ensure compliance.

- Conduct review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations.

- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.

- Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of relevant experience.

- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant banking experience.

- Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
