The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control in the Information Technology Group. This is a Lahore-based role (Grade: Band-5 to Band-3). Candidates meeting the stated qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply online before the closing date.

Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control (Information Technology Group)	Band-5 to Band-3	Lahore	Manage timely validation and processing of all financial & non-financial requests of customers. Manage the CBC for BANCA Insurance. Ensure productivity of team members per defined parameters in PSM. Manage CCTV cameras access to view and retrieve recordings. Communicate bank policies, processes and product initiatives; ensure timely compliance. Hold review sessions with team members and conduct correspondence and call evaluations.	Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university. Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience. Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
