The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites applications for the position of Segment Head - Governance & Quality Control in the Information Technology (Contact Center) group. This is a senior role based in Lahore with responsibilities for team productivity, CBC management for BANCA Insurance, CCTV access and recording retrieval, policy communication, and quality evaluations.
