  • Manage timely validation and processing of all financial & non-financial customer requests.
  • Manage CBC for BANCA Insurance and ensure team productivity per defined parameters.
  • Manage CCTV access to view and retrieve recordings.
  • Communicate bank policies, processes, product initiatives and promotions to the team and ensure compliance.
  • Hold review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
  • Experience: As stated in the advertisement (experience requirement shown in original notice).
  • Age: Up to 55 years as on date of advertisement.
