E-Tender — Establishment of Midwifery School at THQ Hospital Kharian (Buildings Division Gujrat)

Issuer: Punjab Building Department — Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Gujrat (under Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Gujrat).

Purpose: Invitation for e-tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors for establishment of a School for Midwifery at DHQCs and selected THQ hospitals, specifically one at THQ Hospital Kharian, District Gujrat.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

• Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes.
• Registration on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) is mandatory.
• Upload scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated price; original CDR to be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, at least half an hour before bid opening.
• Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance guarantee in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days.
• Quotations and bid documents must follow PPRA rules and the tender’s terms & conditions as published by the Buildings Division.

Bid opening / important dates:

• Contractors may attend Buildings Circle Gujrat office on 2026-06-02 at 14:00; bids will be retrieved and quoted rates / successful bidders announced on the same date at 14:30.
• All bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with the notice.
