Tender: Arrangements for Moharram ul Harram 2026 — Municipal Committee Sangla Hill

Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADs) from registered contractors for the current financial year 2025-26. Firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence of the relevant category for 2025-26 and be on the approved list of the Government of Punjab.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted via E-PADs and accompanied by bid security (CDR/Pay Order) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan payable in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sangla Hill. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security to E-PADs and submit the original CDR in the office of the undersigned by or before the closing date and time; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost (Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee) within 15 days of tender opening.

Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on the PPRA/e-procurement website. Bids will be opened online at the stated time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
