Municipal Committee Kasur Tender for LED Lighting Works — Bids Due 2026-06-29

Municipal Committee Kasur invites sealed bids through the E-PADS (https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered for the financial year 2025-26 and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2025-26 for approved development schemes for the period 01-Jan-2026 to 30-Jun-2026.

Bids will be submitted and processed under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost from the e-procurement portal. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / pay order must reach the office of the undersigned before or by the closing date and time.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Eligibility: Contractors registered on E-PADS for financial year 2025-26 with valid PEC license for 2025-26.
• Bid submission: Through E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by or before 12:30 PM PST on 2026-06-29.
• Bid opening: 02:30 PM PST on 2026-06-29 via E-PADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Earnest money: 3% of the estimated cost (see table below). Original CDR/pay order must be submitted to the Municipal Committee Kasur office by the closing date/time.
• Performance guarantee: Successful bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost as per Section 56 of PPRA Rules 2014; same will be released upon successful completion and submission of required completion documents.
• Bid documents: Available on the PPRA Punjab website and e-procurement portal. Bids not meeting requirements or submitted late will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
