PSEB Corrigendum: EOI for Consultancy — Review of Project Documents for Establishment of IT Park, Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Corrigendum / Expression of Interest (EOI) for engagement of a consultancy firm to review project documents for the “Establishment of IT Park, Karachi” (A(01)/PSEB/2026-19(C)). The corrigendum revises Joint Venture/Consortium evaluation criteria and extends submission and opening dates.

Key instructions: EOIs must be submitted electronically ONLY through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Revised EOI document and details are also available on the procuring agency’s website and PSEB’s official website.
