Tender: Establishment of 250-Bed Afghan Refugees Hospital, Chaman — 3 Packages

The Executive Engineer, Afghan Refugees Hospital Chaman (Civil Works), PPH&D Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction works required for the Establishment of a 250-Bedded Hospital at Chaman. Bidding is in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules – 2014. A 3% bid security (in the form specified in the bidding documents) is required for each package.

Key eligibility and submission notes: bidders must be active taxpayers and possess the required registration (Pakistan Engineering Council) and relevant specialization; turnover and other qualifying requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. Complete bidding documents and instructions (including bid security requirements) are available from the Executive Engineer's office and may be obtained/downloaded as specified in the tender documents. All bids will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
