TDCP Tender — Establishment & Revamping of Sightseeing Bus Terminals, Lahore

Issuer: Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (PMU-TDCP). PMU-TDCP invites bids through e-PADS/PPRA for establishment of new terminals and revamping of existing sightseeing bus service terminals in Lahore.

Key submission details:

Bids must be submitted on e-PADS. Submission deadline: 2024-07-21 by 11:30 AM; bids will be opened same day on e-PADS at 12:00 PM. Bid security must be in the shape of CDR/Unconditional Bank Guarantee for an amount of PKR 1.799 million (TDCP NTN/F.N. 0786813-8). Manual bids, bids by telegram or post will not be accepted. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2024-07-08 at 12:00 hours in the Conference Room, PMU-TDCP, 68-Trade Center Block, MA Johar Town, Lahore, 54782.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered on e-PADS as per PPRA regulations and hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category with required codes. Procurement will follow PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulations. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Firms must upload required documents on e-PADS; failure to provide required guarantees or documents will lead to disqualification.

Document access & submission: Tender documents and bidding data can be downloaded from the TDCP website (www.tdcp.gov.pk/tenders) and the e-PADS/PPRA portals. Bidders must submit a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee or CDR) and a certificate of non-blacklisting as per PPRA and TDCP rules.
