CDA E-Bid: Construction of Government Officers' Residence (G+5), Diplomatic Enclave — Bid Close 2026-07-16

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (as per PPRA Rule 36(b)) for construction works in Islamabad. Registered firms with Pakistan Engineering Council valid registration in relevant categories and project codes listed below may participate. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS and PPRA websites.

PEC Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration and relevant project codes (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-02, EE-04, EE-06, EE-07, ME-02 & ME-03) for the year 2026-27.

How to obtain bidding documents: Electronic Bidding Documents, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders at http://eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk (E-PADS).

Bid security: Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF; the original must be submitted to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA before bid submission.

Submission deadline & opening: Submit online via E-PADS by 2026-07-16 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No.29, Block-III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.

Additional notes: Notification of the GRC constituted under Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is available on E-PADS. Bids must comply strictly with instructions in the bidding documents.
