SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids — Transmission Line Materials (NCB-S-01/2025-R1 & NCB-S-08/2025-R2)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites E-Bids (single stage, one-envelope, FCS basis) from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of transmission-line materials under SEPCO’s own resources. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and submit bids through the E-PADS v2.0 / PPRA portal.

Important procurement conditions:

• Bids must be submitted on E-PADS. Interested bidders should register on E-PADS and submit bids online. For registration or training contact the E-PADS/PPRA helpdesk as directed on the portal.
• Bid security from a scheduled bank (CDR / Bank Guarantee / Bank Draft / Pay Order) is required and must be valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. Bids without required security will be rejected.
• Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening. Bids with shorter validity will be treated as non-responsive.
• Physical submission: Bid envelopes (with required documents where applicable) should be delivered to the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU, SEPCO Sukkur before the E-BID submission deadline as specified in the E-PADS notice.
• SEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with GCC, Procurement Manuals and PPRA rules.
