DBTO DHQ Bahawalnagar Invitation for Framework Contract Bids – Lab, Linen, General Store & Stationery (Closing 2026-07-16)

District Blood Transfusion Officer (DBTO), DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar invites online bids through the Punjab e-procurement portal from eligible firms, manufacturers, sole agents/distributors and agencies for framework supply contracts for the current financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the PPRA Punjab / e-Pads portal. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Pads portal before the closing date and time.

- Download bidding documents and specifications from the PPRA Punjab website / e-Pads portal (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
- Bidders must submit bids online through the e-Pads portal before the stated closing date and time; late or non-e-Pads submissions are not the procuring agency's responsibility.
- Bids will be opened on the stipulated date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be applied. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will not be opened.
- Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- All documents must be properly paginated and attached in sequence for evaluation.
- If the opening date is declared a public or local holiday, the next working day will be considered; time and venue remain the same.
- The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance and may communicate reasons on request.
- Taxes as applicable will be deducted. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
