Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), represented by the Chief Engineer (Power), Hydel Power Station, Tarbela, invites electronic bids from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Procurement will be on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Contract completion period: 120 days from date of issuance of Purchase Order.
E-bidding documents, terms and conditions and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS (www.ecprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 1100 hrs on the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives in the Conference Room, Tarbela Power Station. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed.
Bid security shall be furnished in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Insurance guarantees will not be accepted.
