College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from experienced Architectural & Engineering consulting firms for the design and construction supervision of the CPSP Regional Centre in Abbottabad. Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from the CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad on written request. TOR fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.

| Professional Licensing | Valid registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant. |
| Non-Blacklisting Affidavit | Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client. |
