CDA e-Bid: Construction of Multi-Storey Government Officers' Residence, Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (PPR Rule 36(b)) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in relevant categories for the year 2026-27. Bidding documents and submission are via the E-PADS e-procurement system.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with PEC with valid registration in relevant categories and project codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EC-02, EE-04, EE-06, EE-07, ME-02 & ME-03 for 2026-27.

Bid Security & Submission: Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF; the original must be provided in the office of the Director (P&CA-I), CDA before submission of the bid.

Documents & Submission Portal: Bidding documents and submission via E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk (and related E-PADS links). Bidders must follow instructions in the bidding documents.

Deadline & Opening: Submit online through E-PADS on or before 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly via E-PADS on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives.
