IESCO Tender Notice for Supply of Conductors (Tenders 237 & 238) – Bid Deadline 2026-06-22

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from firms/manufacturers who are pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal), Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs and FBR for supply of conductors for the year 2025-26. Bidders must follow IESCO tender conditions and submit through the E-PADS acquisition & disposal portal.

- Bid submission: E-bids to be submitted only through E-PADS Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) Version 2.0 portal.

- Deadline: E-bids will be received up to 2026-06-22 at 10:30 AM and will be opened on 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM.

- Eligibility: Firms/manufacturers pre-qualified/registered with the specified authorities (Chief Engineer Purchase & Disposal, NTDC, WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs) and with valid documentation (as per tender) may apply.

- Bid security: Bid security must be provided as specified in the tender (in the form of bank draft/CDR or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad).

- Validity: Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the opening date.

- Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend; original documents and authorization must be presented for verification.

- Tendering terms: Single-stage one-envelope basis; bidders must comply with all mandatory information and documentary requirements as stated in the bidding documents.
