Key Responsibilities	Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and market expansion. Forecast sales trends and analyze performance data to mitigate risks. Lead, mentor and motivate the outbound team to meet KPIs and service quality standards. Oversee daily outbound activities, ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints. Ensure outbound activities adhere to internal bank policies and SBP regulations to avoid regulatory penalties. Design and pitch incentive structures to management to reward high-performing staff.
Eligibility / Qualifications	Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university. Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years (as stated). Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of relevant banking experience. Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
Remuneration	Market-based competitive remuneration.
