Tender Invitation: Supply of Laboratory Items & Reagent Rental for Sahiwal Medical College (2026)

Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals, Sahiwal invites sealed bids from PPRA-registered, income tax & sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers or contractors for procurement of laboratory items, reagent rental (R/R) basis, and laboratory general items for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital and Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology for the financial year 2026–2027. Bidding will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope, Two-Stage bidding procedure.

Submission and bid opening will be handled through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://proc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx). Bidders must submit documents and pay response time as per the portal. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee / Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital. Bids must also include Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN/STN certificates and other mandatory documents. Bidders blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or procuring agency will be rejected.

Important deadlines and procedure:

• Last date & time for submission of bids: 2026-09-02 until 01:00 PM (13:00 Hrs).
• Bid opening: same day immediately after closing at 01:30 PM (13:30 Hrs) in the Committee Room, Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal (bidders' representatives may attend).

Additional notes: A bidder may submit for one, several or all lots. Award of contract shall be decided lot-wise. No bid submitted other than through the e-Procurement portal shall be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
