- Only qualifications from HEC-recognized universities/institutions and relevant professional councils (HEC/PEC/NCEAC as applicable) will be accepted. For foreign qualifications, submission of equivalence from HEC and IBCC is mandatory.
- Only one second division/class in the entire academic record from matric onwards is allowed.
- Ex-armed forces personnel, government employees and employees of autonomous organizations on Leave Preparatory to Retirement (LPR) are not eligible. Serving employees must provide NOC/permission as required; retired employees must submit attested photocopies of release/retirement documents and last pay certificate (LPC) where applicable.
- Incomplete/late applications or those without required attested academic and experience documents will not be processed.
- TA/DA will not be admissible for appearing in the interview. IST reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel recruitment or change the number of posts without assigning reason.
