Deputy Director (Registrar Office) / Deputy Registrar – Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad (1 Vacancy)

Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad invites applications for a contractual vacancy in the Registrar Office. Applicants must follow IST application guidelines and submit required documents as detailed below.

Eligibility & key instructions

All academic qualifications must be from well-reputed universities/institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) / National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) where applicable. Foreign qualifications require equivalence certificates from HEC and IBCC. Only one second class/division in the entire academic career (from matric onwards) is permitted.

Interviews will be conducted at IST, Islamabad only. Age will be calculated on the closing date of applications. Ex-armed forces personnel, retired government employees and employees of autonomous organizations must submit attested photocopies of release/retirement orders and Last Pay Certificate (LPC) duly verified. NOC is mandatory for re-employment where applicable. Serving regular employees of government/semi-government/autonomous organizations should follow institute rules for appointment/deputation.

Incomplete or late applications and those without attested attested photocopies of supporting academic, experience and identity documents will not be processed. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. IST reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process and to increase/decrease the number of posts.
