Key eligibility & conditions: All qualifications must be from HEC-recognized universities/institutions and, where applicable, recognized by PEC / NCEAC. In case of foreign qualifications, HEC and IBCC equivalence is mandatory. Only one second class/division in the entire academic career (from matric onwards) is allowed. Interviews will be conducted at IST, Islamabad only. Ex-government employees, armed forces personnel, and employees of Autonomous Organizations may apply subject to providing required release/retirement certificates/NOC or Last Pay Certificate where applicable. IST reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel recruitment at any stage without assigning any reason.
