Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for long-term leases of Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model. Bidders must submit non-refundable commitment fees, annual rent offers and bid security for each site as specified.

- Annual increase in rent: 8% compound.
- Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession.

- Bidding: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope. Separate technical and financial bids required. Commitment fee (non-refundable), bid security and annual rent to be offered against each site separately.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance on Zoom also allowed).
- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-08-11 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
- Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
