District Police Officer, Sahiwal invites sealed tenders (Framework Contracts) through the Punjab E-Procurement System for purchase/repair of various items and services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit a single sealed package along with proof of online uploading on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Financial proposals must be submitted on the firm’s letterhead as a separate sealed envelope marked "Financial Proposal".

Key instructions and conditions:
- Estimated total purchase/services cost: 87.9 Million; estimated cost of building repairs: 7.00 Million.
- Bids must include bid security equal to 4% of the total estimated cost in the shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of District Police Officer, Sahiwal.
- Successful bidders must provide Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract value as per rules.
- All rates quoted shall be valid for the financial year 2026-27 on the basis of framework contract (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027).
- Tenders must reach the office on or before 2026-08-11 (submission deadline). Tenders will be opened the same day at the DPO Office, Sahiwal (opening time as published on the e-procurement notice).
- Financial proposals submitted without proof of online uploading to Punjab E-Procurement System or not in the prescribed sealed format may be rejected.
