MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids 2.0 — Supply of Line Isolators, Control & Metering Panels (Closing 2026-08-07)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed e-bids (E-BIDS 2.0 / NC B) for procurement of panels, metering equipment and 132kV line isolators under the Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal by the stated closing dates and times.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Funds are reserved under MEPCO procurement plan for FY 2026-27. Procurement follows Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules (amended).

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically through EPADS before the stated closing time. Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding documents.

- Tenders will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the stated opening times.

- Tender validity: 120 days after the opening date. Bank guarantees in favor of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO must be valid for 150 days from the opening date where applicable.
