Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for lease of prime Pakistan Railways land on a lease model. Leases are offered for mix-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, 3–5 dealerships, retail outlets and food outlets.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% (compound); mobilization period 24 months from possession; construction per local building bylaws.
