Office of the District Police Officer, Sheikhupura invites e-bids for a Framework Contract for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items, stores and services for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents/dealers/distributors (JVs if applicable) registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax & PEC etc.). Bidding through PPRA e-Procurement portal under applicable PPRA rules.
Submission & opening: E-bid submission deadline: 2026-08-12 till 11:00 AM. E-bid opening: 2026-08-12 at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. All procurements will be made using electronic means through the E-Procurement portal. Bidders must upload bidding documents online and submit original bid security (2% of estimated cost) in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document name before the bid submission deadline. On acceptance, a 5% performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA Rules.
Important conditions: Bidders must comply with bidding document terms and technical/financial submission requirements. Income/other taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The District Police Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
