Key information and instructions:
- Estimated total cost of purchase/services: 87.9 million PKR. Estimated cost of building repairs: 7.0 million PKR.
- Submission: Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package accompanied by proof of online submission/uploading to the Punjab E-Procurement System. Financial proposals must be submitted on the firm’s letterhead.
- Bid security: 4% of the total estimated cost in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft payable as instructed in bidding documents.
- Performance security: Successful bidder will furnish Performance Security @ 5% of contract value and a Call Deposit as required under terms.
- Eligibility: Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA (where applicable) departments may participate; all applicable taxes will be applied as per law.
- Deadlines and opening: Last date/time for receipt of tenders is 11 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. Financial proposals will be opened the same day at DPO Office, Sahiwal at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders as per PPRA rules.
