KP Food Safety Authority Tender: Chemicals, Standards & Laboratory Consumables (Framework Contract)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites e-bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope) for the supply of chemicals, standards, reagents, consumables and supporting equipment for the Provincial Food Testing Laboratory & Center for Research (PFTLCR) for FY 2026-27 under framework contracts.

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority (IFB No. KPFS&HFA/IFB/FPFTLCR/2026-2027/03)

Who may apply: Eligible bidders/firms/companies/authorized agents & distributors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR and Provincial Sales Tax with KPRA. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Documents & submission: E-bidding documents, detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions are available on KP-EPADS (https://kp.eprocurement.gov.pk), the procuring entity website (www.kpfs.gov.pk) and KPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically via KP-EPADS.

Pre-bid conference: 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Peshawar.

Closing & opening: Bid closing time 01:00 PM on 2026-08-25. Technical bids will be opened on KP-EPADS one hour later at 02:00 PM on 2026-08-25 in the Conference Room of the Procuring Entity.

Bid security: Original bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted cost must be submitted before the bid closing time in the name of Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, as Call Deposit Receipt / Demand Draft / Payment Order from the account of the bidder/firm submitting the bid.
