Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. DGSE invites prequalification applications from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers duly registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for works and supplies required under the PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism” located at H-8/4, Islamabad.

| Bid security | Separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand) for each lot applied for, in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office before closing; applications without original bid security will not be entertained. |
| Prequalification documents | Complete prequalification document containing scope of work, evaluation criteria and detailed requirements is available on the Ministry/DGSE websites and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. |
| Submission | Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Project Director, Centre of Excellence for Autism, DGSE office. (See contact below.) |
| Procurement rules | DGSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability. |
