DGSE Islamabad Prequalification Notice – Suppliers & Service Providers for Centre of Excellence for Autism (H-8/4) – Lots I–III

Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites prequalification applications from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP Project "Centre of Excellence for Autism" located at H-8/4, Islamabad. Interested applicants may apply for one or more lots as listed below.

Key details:

- Bid security: PKR 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand) for each lot applied for, in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office before the closing date/time. Applications without original bid security will not be entertained.

- Prequalification documents, including detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, are available on the DGSE and PPRA websites and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

- Submission: Applications shall be submitted manually to the office of the Project Director, Centre of Excellence for Autism, DGSE (address below) on or before 2026-08-19 at 02:00 p.m.

- Opening: Applications will be opened on the same day, 2026-08-19 at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.

- Objective: The prequalification is intended to enable on-demand execution of the listed lots on an as-and-when-required basis under the project.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason or liability.
