Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites applications for prequalification of well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers for supply of goods and provision of services under the SPP Project “Centre of Excellence for Autism at H-8/4, Islamabad.” Firms must be registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms (as applicable) and hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration.

Application / Bid Security: A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) shall be furnished for each lot applied for in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office before the closing date and time; applications received without original bid security will not be entertained.
How to Apply & Documents: Complete prequalification documents, containing detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, are available on the DGSE website and PPRA website and can also be obtained from the DGSE office. Applications shall be submitted manually to the office of the undersigned.
Deadline & Opening: Applications must be submitted on or before 2016-08-19 at 02:00 PM. Applications will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.
Other: The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability.
