Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad, invites prequalification applications from reputable, experienced and financially sound firms/suppliers/service providers for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism at H-8/4, Islamabad”. Firms must be registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities (as applicable).

Key details:
- Eligibility: Well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities.
- Bid security: Separate bid security of Rs. 500,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) for each lot applied for, to be furnished in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR drawn in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office before the closing date and time; applications received without original bid security shall not be entertained.
- Application method: Manual submission to the office of the undersigned (Project Director, Centre of Excellence for Autism, DGSE, Hanna Road G-8/4, Islamabad).
- Submission & opening: Applications to be submitted on or before 2012-08-19 at 02:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.
- Interested firms may apply for one or more lots. The complete prequalification document, containing detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, is available on the DGSE website or can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
- Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability.
