Prequalification Notice — Supply & Services for Centre of Excellence for Autism, H-8/4 Islamabad

Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. DGSE (w/o F&PT Islamabad) invites applications for prequalification of well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers, duly registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms (as applicable) and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism” at H-8/4, Islamabad.

Key submission requirements: interested firms may apply for one or more lots. A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) shall be furnished for each lot applied for in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR drawn in favour of the Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office of the undersigned on or before the closing date/time. Prequalification documents, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot are available on the Ministry’s website and can be obtained from the DGSE office. DGSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

How to apply: Submit prequalification documents manually to the Office of the Director (Admin), DGSE, Hanna Road G-8/4, Islamabad. Notes: Applications will be opened in the presence of applicants who choose to attend. The Procuring Agency may accept or reject applications as per applicable procurement rules.
